Before moving I gave away quite a few of our in door plants.  Since we were moving so far I didn't want to worry about them moving, spilling or dying during the move. Time to make a few more!!  Last year I posted a diy on making a hanging planter to expand on that planter this year I wanted to share how to make a 3 tiered planter. A great way to show off all of...

DIY Fun Fabric Banner

When we moved up to Washington I decided to change a lot of the decor in Mae's room! Some of it she had outgrown and some just looked better with her old peach walls and not so great on the new white one.  Since we are renting I couldn't do anything permanent to the walls so I made a few  new wall hangings. One of my favorites and a fun little project was the fabric banner. It nice because you can customize it completely, from the size to the saying, to the colors. It can be a completely unique piece...

DIY Height Ruler

When I was putting together Mae’s Nursery I loved to explore Hobby Lobby to check out there nursery décor. They always had things I want to buy so idea that I could make! One item I loved was the height ruler/charts. They are a super cute and usable decoration for the nursery! The chart they sold were gray with pink numbers which did not match the look I was going for and they were only 5ft tall (I’m 5’11” and Gabe 6’5”). Since this was something I plan to keep and mark everyone’s height on, I decided to make my...

Recycled Hanging Planters

After Christmas my husband is always a sweetheart and breaks down the Christmas tree so that I can keep the trunk then we usually burn the branches in our fire pit. There’s so many different fun projects you can do it the trunk of the tree and it’s a great way to recycle rather than just tossing it or burning it. Plus there’s not very many tree trunks you often come across in Arizona so you have to save every one you can. If you live somewhere with lots of tree or if you are doing some yard work...

diy Square Side Table

When we came back to Arizona from California we got rid of most of our furniture so when we moved into our home we need something to fill all the empty space. Rather than buying everything brand new I started to make the pieces, it's how my store Nidify got started. One of the first items I made was a set of bedside tables.  A few weeks ago a customer order a pair for their home and I thought it would be a fun diy project to share with you!!  I was able to build this little table in a...
