Cute Letter Blocks
Nursery decor is so fun and cute! When I was working on Mae’s nursery one of the first items I made were wooden letter blocks with her name. They are a fun afternoon craft, that are very easy to make!
► Wooden Letters
► Wooden Numbers
Start by painting all the numbers and letters you would like to have painted. This way they will be dry by the time you would like to use them.
You can use the scrapbook paper as the back ground behind the letter and numbers. Just cut them to the size of the blocks and glue the on.
Using the painters tape you can make different fun geometrical designs on the blocks. Just tape the pattern/shape you would like and paint it the color you would like.
Using the stencils add fun animals to the blocks that start with the same letter as the letter block
Match up the main letter with animals that start with that letter! You can put different shapes, and colors on each block. Be creative and make fun designs on the sides of the block that are blank.
Once every side of the block has a design put 2 coats of Modge Podge on each side to help protect the blocks.
